Lesson 1: Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star Variations / 《小星星变奏曲》

短节奏用上半弓，较快节奏可用四分之一弓；下半弓训练力量与控制；慢板或歌唱性段落可用全弓。左手保持自然状态：手指有弧度但不要僵硬，不要太平也不要过度伸直。下指按弦要有力，音准要稳定，并加入温暖、歌唱性的情感。

练习步骤
1. 演奏前先检查持琴和持弓。
2. 先慢速练习 A 弦与 E 弦空弦运弓。
3. 分别练习上半弓、四分之一弓、下半弓和全弓。
4. 加入左手手指，保持指尖有力、音准准确。
5. 先慢速演奏旋律，再加入音乐情感和稳定节拍。

作业
每天15分钟：5分钟空弦，5分钟用弓比例，5分钟小星星旋律/变奏复习。

English Notes
Use the upper half of the bow for clear short rhythms, quarter bow for faster patterns, lower half for bow strength, and full bow for the slower singing version. Keep the left hand natural: fingers rounded but not stiff, not too flat, not too straight. Press the string with energy, listen for accurate pitch, and play with a warm singing feeling.

Practice Steps
1. Check violin and bow hold before playing.
2. Practice A-string and E-string open bows slowly.
3. Practice upper-half bow, quarter bow, lower-half bow, and full bow separately.
4. Add left-hand fingers with strong fingertip contact and accurate intonation.
5. Play the melody slowly first, then add musical feeling and a steady pulse.

Homework
Daily 15 minutes: 5 minutes open strings, 5 minutes bow distribution, 5 minutes Twinkle melody/variation review.
